Pre Order Information

Since the start of the pandemic, it has been incredibly difficult to get a hold of garden furniture because of the large amount of pressure on the supply chain of garden furniture. Therefore, we now offer an option for customers to pre order furniture.

The pre-order option on our garden furniture sets allows you to purchase an item at the next earliest date available, this will guarantee that you will receive your furniture and reduce the chance of you not being able to purchase a set when it comes in stock.

Any items which are on preorder will have the estimated delivery date on the product page and on the confirmation email.

Please be aware that delivery dates on pre order items are not set and are just estimated delivery dates. The estimated delivery dates are provided based on current information available to us. However, with these dates being estimated, these are subject to change if there are any logistical issues that we face.

If there is a change in delivery date, we will notify our customers immediately to let them know about the change in delivery date.
