Do you offer any discount ?

Any discount available will be either displayed on our social media or automatically applied on the product page.

If the set is on back order, the delivery time will be displayed on the product page. 

What is your opening hours ?

Below are our operating hours : 

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 

Saturday 9am - 1pm 

Sunday - Closed

Do you have a showroom ?

Unfortunately, we don't currently have a showroom for customers to visit. However, this does mean that the savings we currently make from not having a high street presence get passed directly onto our customers. We are in the process of opening our first showroom in the very near future.


Rest assured, our product ranges are carefully designed and manufactured with comfort and quality in mind and because we're confident you'll love your furniture we offer a 14 day hassle free return.

Is there a finance option ?

Yes, we offer a Buy now pay later service using Klarna. There are several types of repayment options using Klarna.

How long will my order take to be delivered ?

Delivery times vary between different sets that we offer. If the set is in stock, customers will receive there order between 3 -5 working days after purchasing the order.

If the set is on back order, the delivery time will be displayed on the product page. 

Where do you deliver to ?

We deliver to all parts of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. 

We do not deliver to Ireland, However this may change in the future.

I have entered the wrong address ?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your address due to security issues. However you are able to cancel your order by calling our customer support team. Once your order has been cancelled, you are then able to re order and enter the correct address. 

When Would I get my allocated delivery time slot ?

Once your order has successfully been despatched, we aim to deliver your lovely furniture within a week unless it is a preorder and stated in the product description. 

The delivery time slot would be allocated by our couriers, If you are dissatisfied with the scheduled time slot, you are able to change the delivery slot to a better suited time.

I've received my order, however it's arrived damaged ?

We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience. If the item has arrived damaged, could you please take some photos and send them to the customer support team. 

You should also notify the delivery driver and ask them to leave a note on the system.

My order

Wil my order arrive assembled ?

At rattan hut, We offer a range of furniture. Most of our items arrives flat packed and requires assembly. 

However, some of our furniture arrives assembled. On the product page it will state if it is assembled.

My order arrived but it's missing parts ?

Please could you email the customer support team with your order number and which part you are missing.

Once we have identified the part you are missing, We will send a replacement ASAP.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes , you are able to cancel your order. 

Please note, there is a transaction charge incurred that we will deduct from your final refund balance.

Will I receive an order confirmation ?

Once your order has successfully gone through, you will automatically get sent an email confirmation to the email that you have entered when ordering.

Please allow up to one hour after ordering to receive your order confirmation. If you have still not received an order confirmation, Please contact the customer support team.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please contact the customer support team with your order number and postcode. 


How long does assembly take ?

Since we offer a variety of sets, the assembly time varies between each set. Typically it takes about 1 - 2 hours to assemble a set.

How thick are the cushions ?

On average the cushion thickness is between 8 - 10 cm.

On the product page of the set it will mention the thickness of the cushions.

What are the materials used to make a set ?

Since we offer a variety of sets, the materials used varies also.

The specific materials used will be displayed on the product page.

Are the sets weather proof ?

At Rattan Hut, We powder coat all of our sets to ensure it is Weather, Rust and UV resistant. The cushions are also water Resistant, However we advise you remove the cushions when it is raining.

What tools do I need to assemble the set ?

We supply all the tools necessary to assemble our sets. 


How long do refunds take ?

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for a refund to be processed.

Can I pay over the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not take payments over the phone. However if you require any assistance, please contact our customer support team.
