What do I do if my item arrives damaged ?
We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience. If the item you have ordered has arrived damaged, you would need to contact our support team urgently as it may affect your replacement or return. Once you contact our support team, you would need to provide us some photos and then we will arrange a replacement.
However, if you notice the damages on arrival, you should also notify the delivery driver and ask them to leave a note on the system.
Can I refund my item ?
Yes, if you would like to return your goods, you would need to contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date that you have received your furniture. Providing the item (s) are in their original packaging and that the items have not been assembled.
When contacting our customer support team, could you please include your order number and the reason you would like to return your order.
Once the return has been accepted, the customer is given 7 days to send the items back to us; failure to return the goods to us within this time period may cause your return being rejected.
Please note, there is a collection fee incurred .
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions stated above are not met.
Can I exchange my set for another ?
Yes, you can exchange your item for another item, however the following conditions must be met :
- Items must not be opened or assembled
- Packaging must be in original condition
If any of these conditions are not met, unfortunately we cannot offer you an option to exchange your item for another.
Who is responsible for the collection cost ?
If the goods have arrived damaged and you do not want us to send you a replacement, the customer is liable for the collection fee.
If you would like to return your item for any other reason, the customer is liable to pay the collection cost.

Where do I send my returns ?
Once your return has been accepted, the customer support team will email you the return address.
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes , you are able to cancel your order. Please note, there is a transaction charge incurred that we will deduct from your final refund balance. Please contact the customer support team and they will cancel your order.
How long does it take to process a refund ?
Once we have received the return and have confirmed that there are no damages, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed back into your account.
