The Hygge Pergola includes 3 Textilene blinds, which are designed to resist windy conditions. All blinds are bevelled to stop them from swinging side to side in windy conditions to prevent any irritating noises when there's a breeze. We have also heat sealed the bottom of the blinds to prevent the fabric from fraying. The blinds are manually operated and come all the way down.

The Hygge Pergola is equipped with a luxury LED Lighting system which is placed in the inside of the inner beam to create the perfect atmosphere in those late night parties or get-togethers. The lighting is all controlled with a remote control and has an array of colours to choose from. In order to have the LED Light Function, it would require a wall socket.
Engineered Drainage System
The well designed and engineered pergola has a smart built in drainage system which prevents any build up of water on the louvred roof. The hidden built in drainage system has several channels which all connect and flow from the roof into the framework of the pergola down to the legs and then to the ground.

The Hygge pergola is manufactured using high quality aluminium, while the cheaper pergolas are manufactured using thinner metals such as aluminium or steel to reduce their costs. This in the long run reduces the pergolas lifespan massively and heavily affects the overall appearance and performance.
The majority of cheaper pergolas are equipped with thinner metal legs. This compromises the safety of the user, as there's a possibility of the pergola toppling over or constant wobbling.
We provide a free 10 year warranty on our pergolas and it covers any manufacturing defects, including the aluminium and louvres.
The Hygge Pergola will last at least 10 years and is covered by our warranty, but it is built to last at least 15 years with basic maintenance and cleaning.

Delivery
All of our orders are delivered by reputable shipping couriers that specialises in delivering high-end furniture across the country. The courier will contact you at least 24 hours in advance before delivering your goods to confirm that you will be home at the time of delivery. If you are unable to be at home at that time, you may reschedule for a later time or day.

Deliveries
Delivery times vary between different sets that we offer. If the set is in stock, customers will receive there order between 3 -5 working days after purchasing the order.
If the set is on back order, the delivery time will be displayed on the product page.
We deliver to all parts of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We do not deliver to Ireland, However this may change in the future.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your address due to security issues. However you are able to cancel your order by calling our customer support team. Once your order has been cancelled, you are then able to re order and enter the correct address.
Once your order has successfully been despatched, we aim to deliver your lovely furniture within a week unless it is a preorder and stated in the product description.
The delivery time slot would be allocated by our couriers, If you are dissatisfied with the scheduled time slot, you are able to change the delivery slot to a better suited time.

Since we offer a variety of sets, the assembly time varies between each set. Typically it takes about 1 - 2 hours to assemble a set.
On average the cushion thickness is between 8 - 10 cm.

At Rattan Hut, We powder coat all of our sets to ensure it is Weather, Rust and UV resistant. The cushions are also water Resistant, However we advise you remove the cushions when it is raining.
We supply all the tools necessary to assemble our sets.

Unfortunately, we do not take payments over the phone. However if you require any assistance, please contact our customer support team.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged ?
We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience. If the item you have ordered has arrived damaged, you would need to contact our support team urgently as it may affect your replacement or return. Once you contact our support team, you would need to provide us some photos and then we will ‌arrange a replacement.
However, if you notice the damages on arrival, you should also notify the delivery driver and ask them to leave a note on the system.
Can I refund my item ?
Yes, if you would like to return your goods, you would need to contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date that you have received your furniture. Providing the item (s) are in their original packaging and that the items have not been assembled.
When contacting our customer support team, could you please include your order number and the reason you would like to return your order.
Once the return has been accepted, the customer is given 7 days to send the items back to us; failure to return the goods to us within this time period may cause your return being rejected.

Yes, you can exchange your item for another item, however the following conditions must be met :
- Items must not be opened or assembled
- Packaging must be in original condition
If any ‌of these conditions are not met, unfortunately we cannot offer you an option to exchange your item for another.

If the goods have arrived damaged and you do not want us to send you a replacement, we will arrange a collection of the goods at no cost to you.
