A luxury place to relax
The Cheltenham sofa set is the ideal match for you, if you would like to transform your garden into a luxury place to relax and wind down in the summer. The set is equipped with our premium range of thick water resistant cushions to allow users to comfortably sit down for long durations. The cushion covers are all zippered and removable, to allow machine washing.
CE Certified fire pit
The Cheltenham sofa set is carefully designed to give our lovely customers the ultimate outdoor lounging experience. The set is equipped with a CE certified propane gas fire pit table with auto-ignition, which will provide you warmth on those slightly colder evenings without worrying about the messy ashes.
The table conveniently conceals a standard 5kg propane gas cylinder tank (not included but easily found at any local B&Q and similar stores) within its base. This allows for the table to be positioned anywhere within your garden without worrying about having a plumber to run additional gas lines. Easy-to-use doors with chrome pull tabs allow access to the internal compartment to change out the propane tank from either side.

The Cheltenham set is manufactured using high quality materials. The framework is crafted using premium aluminium to ensure structural stability and longevity. The solid structure of the set is powder coated to guarantee protection from water, rust & any direct exposure from the sun.
Beautifully lit fire
This set includes a luxury multi spark adjustable flame fire-pit, so that you can relax with your family, while being warmed by the beautifully lit fire in your garden. The fire pit is also provided with the crystal stones, which beautifully accents the flames. When the fire pit is not in use, you are able to transform the fire pit into a table top by closing the lid. Delivery
All of our orders are delivered by reputable shipping couriers that specialises in delivering high-end furniture across the country. The courier will contact you at least 24 hours in advance before delivering your goods to confirm that you will be home at the time of delivery. If you are unable to be at home at that time, you may reschedule for a later time or day.

Deliveries
Delivery times vary between different sets that we offer. If the set is in stock, customers will receive there order between 3 -5 working days after purchasing the order.
If the set is on back order, the delivery time will be displayed on the product page.
We deliver to all parts of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We do not deliver to Ireland, However this may change in the future.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your address due to security issues. However you are able to cancel your order by calling our customer support team. Once your order has been cancelled, you are then able to re order and enter the correct address.
Once your order has successfully been despatched, we aim to deliver your lovely furniture within a week unless it is a preorder and stated in the product description.
The delivery time slot would be allocated by our couriers, If you are dissatisfied with the scheduled time slot, you are able to change the delivery slot to a better suited time.
We are extremely sorry the inconvenience. If the item has arrived damage, Could you please take some photos and send them to the customer support team.
You should also notify the delivery driver and ask them to leave a note on the system.

However, some of our furniture arrives assembled. On the product page it will state if it is assembled.

Once we have identified the part you are missing, We will send a replacement ASAP.

Since we offer a variety of sets, the assembly time varies between each set. Typically it takes about 1 - 2 hours to assemble a set.
On average the cushion thickness is between 8 - 10 cm.

At Rattan Hut, We powder coat all of our sets to ensure it is Weather, Rust and UV resistant. The cushions are also water Resistant, However we advise you remove the cushions when it is raining.
We supply all the tools necessary to assemble our sets.
Payment
Please allow 3 - 5 working days for a refund to be processed.
Unfortunately, we do not take payments over the phone. However if you require any assistance, please contact our customer support team.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged ?
We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience. If the item you have ordered has arrived damaged, you would need to contact our support team urgently as it may affect your replacement or return. Once you contact our support team, you would need to provide us some photos and then we will arrange a replacement.
However, if you notice the damages on arrival, you should also notify the delivery driver and ask them to leave a note on the system.
Can I refund my item ?
Yes, if you would like to return your goods, you would need to contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date that you have received your furniture. Providing the item (s) are in their original packaging and that the items have not been assembled.
When contacting our customer support team, could you please include your order number and the reason you would like to return your order.
Once the return has been accepted, the customer is given 7 days to send the items back to us; failure to return the goods to us within this time period may cause your return being rejected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions stated above are not met.
Can I exchange my set for another ?
Yes, you can exchange your item for another item, however the following conditions must be met :
- Items must not be opened or assembled
- Packaging must be in original condition
If any of these conditions are not met, unfortunately we cannot offer you an option to exchange your item for another.
Who is responsible for the collection cost ?
If the goods have arrived damaged and you do not want us to send you a replacement, we will arrange a collection of the goods at no cost to you.
If you would like to return your item for any other reason, the customer is liable to pay the collection cost.

Where do I send my returns ?
