Took to writing a review as I had read negative reviews which worried me but was hoping I’d be one of those customers that have left a rave review. I ordered the 8 seater Cheltenham set with fire pit. I am overjoyed with the quality of the product. Delivery actually took place some weeks after the estimated delivery date but we hardly had the weather to use the set in early spring so I wasn’t affected by that. Customer service via email and phone in the interim was courteous and friendly. Once I took delivery, and on assembly, we realised that the fire pit cover was missing, which again, once I notified customer service - arrived via tracked Royal Mail delivery a couple of days later. Great quality, thick cushions arrive vacuum packed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rattan Hut.
The quality of this furniture is top notch, the packing it arrived in was superb too and that ensured not a single item had so much of a scratch on it. All in all we are over the moon with our new garden set and can’t wait for warm weather to truly use it!
I purchased the Cheltenham set as a surprise for my wife and she is over the moon with the quality of the set, from the frame of the set to the cushions of the set. Definitely recommend.

9 seater set is gorgeous the cushions are 10 cm thick very comfortable. The black tempered glass on the table is stunning.

I love this set, I literally use the Cheltenham every single evening. The cushions are still the same thickness and still comfortable after all the constant use.
I ordered the pergola for our holiday home and it’s been the perfect place for hosting our family get togethers. The blinds are the cherry on top as they don’t flap around when it’s windy.

I had previously purchased furniture from a different furniture store and the quality was okay, but after a few weeks, the quality was not there. To replace my garden furniture, I purchased the Cheltenham set with a firepit. The furniture arrived as promised and I can't be any happier. I get compliments all the time and the firepit is the showstopper.
Overall I am very impressed with the hygge pergola. It’s been a few weeks now and all I can say is wow. The mood lighting is a great feature to have on those late evenings. The build quality in general is very good and I have not experienced any leaks from the roof.

Quick delivery. Our order was delivered less than the 7 working days promised on the website. We got an email from the couriers the day before notifying us of our delivery time slot. Happy with our purchase. The cushions are very thick and comfy as described!
The set arrived on time and the packaging was amazing, all the cushions were protected and there was no damage. My husband assembled the furniture and all I can say is, wow. The set adds a perfect touch and elevates the garden. I would definitely recommend the Cheltenham set.
