Unfortunately, we don't currently have a showroom for customers to visit. However, this does mean that the savings we currently make from not having a high street presence get passed directly onto our customers. We are in the process of opening our first showroom in the very near future.

Deliveries
Delivery times vary between different sets that we offer. If the set is in stock, customers will receive there order between 3 -5 working days after purchasing the order.
If the set is on back order, the delivery time will be displayed on the product page.
We deliver to all parts of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We do not deliver to Ireland, However this may change in the future.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend your address due to security issues. However you are able to cancel your order by calling our customer support team. Once your order has been cancelled, you are then able to re order and enter the correct address.
Once your order has successfully been despatched, we aim to deliver your lovely furniture within a week unless it is a preorder and stated in the product description.
The delivery time slot would be allocated by our couriers, If you are dissatisfied with the scheduled time slot, you are able to change the delivery slot to a better suited time.
We are extremely sorry the inconvenience. If the item has arrived damage, Could you please take some photos and send them to the customer support team.
You should also notify the delivery driver and ask them to leave a note on the system.

At rattan hut, We offer a range of furniture. Most of our items arrives flat packed and requires assembly.
However, some of our furniture arrives assembled. On the product page it will state if it is assembled.
Please could you email the customer support team with your order number and which part you are missing.
Once we have identified the part you are missing, We will send a replacement ASAP.
Yes , you are able to cancel your order.
Please contact the customer support team and they will cancel your order.
Once your order has successfully gone through, you will automatically get sent an email confirmation to the email that you have entered when ordering.
Please allow up to one hour after ordering to receive your order confirmation. If you have still not received an order confirmation, Please contact the customer support team.

Since we offer a variety of sets, the assembly time varies between each set. Typically it takes about 1 - 2 hours to assemble a set.
On average the cushion thickness is between 8 - 10 cm.
On the product page of the set it will mention the thickness of the cushions.
Since we offer a variety of sets, the materials used varies also.
The specific materials used will be displayed on the product page.
At Rattan Hut, We powder coat all of our sets to ensure it is Weather, Rust and UV resistant. The cushions are also water Resistant, However we advise you remove the cushions when it is raining.
We supply all the tools necessary to assemble our sets.
Payment
Please allow 3 - 5 working days for a refund to be processed.
Unfortunately, we do not take payments over the phone. However if you require any assistance, please contact our customer support team.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged ?
Yes, if you would like to return your goods, you would need to contact our customer support team within 14 days from the date that you have received your furniture. Providing the item (s) are in their original packaging and that the items have not been assembled.
When contacting our customer support team, could you please include your order number and the reason you would like to return your order.
Once the return has been accepted, the customer is given 7 days to send the items back to us; failure to return the goods to us within this time period may cause your return being rejected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions stated above are not met.
Can I exchange my set for another ?
Yes, you can exchange your item for another item, however the following conditions must be met :
- Items must not be opened or assembled
- Packaging must be in original condition
If any of these conditions are not met, unfortunately we cannot offer you an option to exchange your item for another.
Who is responsible for the collection cost ?
If the goods have arrived damaged and you do not want us to send you a replacement, we will arrange a collection of the goods at no cost to you.
If you would like to return your item for any other reason, the customer is liable to pay the collection cost.
The collection cost will vary depending on the item. Please contact the customer support team for more information.
Where do I send my returns ?
Once your return has been accepted, the customer support team will email you the return address.
How long does it take to process a refund ?
Once we have received the return and have confirmed that there are no damages, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed back into your account.
We are extremely sorry about the inconvenience. If the item you have ordered has arrived damaged, you would need to contact our support team urgently as it may affect your replacement or return. Once you contact our support team, you would need to provide us some photos and then we will arrange a replacement.
